All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is by his great mercy that we have been born again, because God raised Jesus Christ from the dead. Now we live with great expectation, — 1 Peter 1:3 (NLT)
ALL praise to God; all PRAISE to God.
All of us, together, give our praise to God; all our praises go to God. Praise to God, our admiration and our worship, honour and glory, as we extol and hail Him as our Lord and God, unworthy as we are of anything from Him.
But we are recipients of His mercy and have been born again, because by His power He raised His Son, Jesus Christ, from the dead. So amazing, so remarkable, so mind-blowing. That He should care for us! And that He cares so much that He sent His one and only Son to die for us!
Now, because of that, we can live with great expectation. Not with fear, nor with trepidation, but with joy and the anticipation of great things ahead. We truly have a wonderful and wonderous future ahead of us.
Praise God indeed – all praise to God. Hallelujah!
