You are my refuge and my shield; your word is my source of hope. — Psalms 119:114 (NLT)

Where do you put your hope? In your achievements? In your assets? In your assignments? In your abilities?

All too often, we put our hope in ourselves and what we can do or achieve. But often times, we find that we let ourselves down, sometimes through no fault of our own.

When storms come, as they will; when trouble arrives at your door, as it will; when things don’t go as planned, as they will; where will you put your hope? What will you do?

This verse reminds us that God is in control. He is our refuge and our shield. When we need refuge from the storm, when we need a shield to protect us from trouble, and when we need hope that things will work out for our good; He is the answer. His word – the living Word in the Bible – is the source of your hope.

So, when you need His hope, dive in and dig into the Word of God, the Bible; His Word is the source of your hope.

May God Bless You, and we hope to see you soon.
