Of course, when you read the “news”-paper, you realise that most of it is not news at all. It’s gossip and hearsay and opinion and advertising. Sometimes, there’s hardly any news at all to speak of! 

That’s not so say that there’s nothing worth reading in the newspapers today. Often you do find educational articles and uplifting writing.
