“If it can be solved, there’s no need to worry. And if it can’t be solved, worry is of no use.” — Dalai Lama
There’s a truth to this, a simple truth. I can’t help but thinking of the words and the melody of the Bob Marley song, ‘Don’t worry, be happy.’
You see, worry robs us of our happiness. The Bible puts it this way:
Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?
Luke 12:25 (NIV)
Worry weights a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up.
Proverbs 12:25 (NLT)
‘Don’t worry, be happy!’ Whatever your situation or your problem is, “if it can be solved there’s no need to worry; and if it can’t be solved, worry is of no use!“
May God Bless You, have a great day.
