“If you have good thoughts, they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.” — Roald Dahl (1916-1990), British novelist.
And why worry about your clothing? Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are.
Matthew 6:28 (NLT)
Worry makes us frown. So why worry? Think good thoughts, and your face will reflect what you think and feel on the inside. And as we enter days of autumn with winter ahead, may we remember the spring time and the sunshine, and how the flowers will arrive again next spring. May we think good thoughts today.
