“Everyone of us needs to show how much we care for each other and, in the process, care for ourselves.” — Princess Diana, first wife of Charles, Prince of Wales. (1961-1997).

We’re often not very good at looking after ourselves, let alone one another. We can often let things fester and affect our emotional well-being and even our mental health. Many mental health problems stem from, or are aggravated by, our feelings of anger or anxiety, unforgiveness or many other feelings. Decades ago, we would have found ourselves resident at the building in the picture, which is of the now derelict mental health hospital in North Wales. A beautiful setting and remarkable buildings, but what harrowing tales could they tell, if only they could talk.

The Bible tells not to be bitter or angry towards one another:

“Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.”

Ephesians 4:32 (NLT)

After all, we must care for each other, and we need to take care of ourselves too, don’t we? May God Bless You, and we hope to see you again soon.
