“Until you value yourself, you won’t value your time. Until you value your time, you will not do anything with it.” — M. Scott Peck, American psychiatrist and best-selling author who wrote the book ‘The Road Less Traveled.’ (1936-2005).

Many of us struggle to value ourselves. Low self-esteem, feelings of poor self-worth are sadly prevalent amongst many people today. This is often reflected in how we spend our time. When we feel low, we tend to waste our time on meaningless activities. Social media does not help, and we spend countless hours trawling through meaningless messages and multiple images.

The Bible says:

Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days.

Ephesians 5:16 (NLT)

How’s it going? Are you spending your time wisely and making the most of every opportunity? Let’s start by valuing ourselves.

May God Bless You, and we hope to see you soon.
